Scam!insult and disrespect. I wanna to take action and complain not only in a review but for management to take action!!! They do promotion 2 per1 after 6pm. But after waitress said that it just for certain kind of rolls.But it is fake.we are specially ask about promotion before order!!!after said that is system's problem for that reason charge us double but the bill he give us was write by yourself . So looks like he do by hand to change us doble and later just take the extra money for him.
In the end after we complain and have to correct the amount, he has the audacity to ask tips and getting angry because for obvious reasons we decided do not tip him.
About food.We ordered 2 set of sushi.the rice was dry ,the soya -sour and so tiny pieces. About service Waitress was so slowly!!we are waiting like 35-40 min but was just two table!!and wait him a lot of time when he coming to take a order. And about atmosphere. It was foodcort and of course I didn't expect see the beautiful place.But firstly I coming for sushi. But all this situation gives us only a bad experience. So spoilt our evening.

In my house,my family and i went to see the snyder cut and we wanted some food to acompany the film and that is why we asked to uber eats:sushitto, we had to order it at home because of the covid 19 ,our experience was good ,the request was not not it takes a long time but if it takes a bit,like about 20-30 minutes the delivery man treated us well, very humble, we got the food warm, not cold but not hot, and the sushi rolls we ordered were 5 California rolls and they were quite good, a delicous taste, thats why i give it four and a half stars, highly...

El lugar está ubicado con restaurantes de comida rápida, lo que hace un ambiente incómodo por el ruido y poco espacio (generalmente este restaurante es cómodo y amplió). Al ingresar al restaurante el personal te recibe de manera apática, negando la elección de la mesa, a pesar de tener varios lugares libres. Referente a los alimentos, pedimos un rollo otoñito y un ramen de pollo; los rollos fueron lo esperado, sin embargo, el ramen tardó demasiado en llegar, además, de que estaba muy salado (imposible de terminarlo), tenia pocos fideos y mucha verdura... Al finalizar los alimentos, retiraron los platos y sin solicitarlo, nos entregaron la cuenta.
Realizamos el pago sin dejar ningún porcentaje por la pésima atención y la calidad de alimentos, y aún así nos preguntó si dejaríamos propina en efectivo, a lo que se molestó en cuanto dijimos que así estaba bien y antes de retirarnos, logramos escuchar como se quejaba de nosotros por no dejar propina.
Si tienen la oportunidad de visitar este restaurante, tomen en cuenta está experiencia y esperemos que mejoren la atención y la calidad de sus alimentos.
Es importante recordar que la propina es una muestra de agradecimiento por un buen servicio y trato, más no es una obligación. Lamentablemente, está ocasión no estuvo a la altura.
