This is a Chilis. You know what you are getting food wise. Decent-to-good, right down the middle - and this location was just that. However this Chilis stands out as it quite a different scene than your typical Chilis you'll encounter in Los Estados Unidos. There is valet parking. There are Mercedes backed in (a couple, not a whole fleet) The crowd is mixed, but definitely a step up from standard. We went on a Friday evening. It was quite busy. We sat at the bar which was nice. The next day, we were walking around the neighborhood and popped in for a beer. The bar tender, Arturo, came around the bar, shook our hands and welcomed us back. There is Valet parking in this location which America would never 😂 so that's a point for Mexican Chili's. I got the 3 for me which comes with either soup or salad, entree and a drink. I got the pasta which I don't recommend if you're from the states. It was a bit sour and didn't have flavor. Not sure if that's normal here but definitely not the type of pasta I'm used to. On the other hand the chicken on the pasta was super good and actually tasted like chicken. If you live in America, you know what I'm talking about. The crispy chicken sandwich was super delicious and crispy. Also tried the plain Mozzarella sticks and they were hot, flavorful and stretchy. Overall good service...

This Chili's branch in Cuernavaca very well located. Service and meals were excellent. I had good experience. Chili's WW quality is maintained so one can trust meals and drinks are going to be OK at this branch. Dining spot is OK and comfortable and safe of you decide to have dinner there. Of course you could also request meals to go. If you visit Cuernavaca and feel to have a Chili's good experience then this is good spot. The only "but" is the restroom it needs maintainance urgently (it also needs more cleaning and deodorant urgently).
