La Cascada — Restaurant in Morelos

The restaurant is located within the Spa Hotel La Buena Vibra. It has beautiful views to the mountains and the decor makes you feel like you are having a treat after a spa day: you are surrounded by nature, birds are singing and there are a couple of fountains. Food was delicious, the produce and ingredients are from the local market or their own.

The not so good: It took about one hour to get the food, but I am guessing they are not crowded and they do not have that much personnel...or the food is made to order.

This place was enchanting. I’m here celebrating my 10 year anniversary with my husband and he is quite the food critic and he was blown away. We got the salmon appetizer, vegetable soup, tomato cheese salad and the duck confit. We were so impressed with the presentation and the interesting marriage of flavors. Mucho tiempo encantados con el lugar desde lo bonito del lugar hasta lo que servían, en esta ocasión regresamos hace dos días. Nuestra última visita fue en diciembre y todo estuvo excelente. Pero … entonces regresamos y todo cambió, nuestro panque favorito no había; llevaron de zanahoria asado como en comal no era bueno, tardaron una hora 10 min en llevar los dos primeros platillos, llevan todo fuera de tiempo, tres personas desayunaron primero luego las otras tres y así, el paquete de desayuno cuesta más de 250 pesos, te ofrecen pocas opciones en paquete 📦 y lo que sirven no es basto sirven muy poco, a todo le ponen bugambilia la presentación tampoco es linda.
