Restaurante Teely Bistrot — Restaurant in Morelos

The environment is nice. Waiter was attentive but not overly so. Place was clean and I liked the menu variety. Food was actually tasty, and I only has a few suggestions to improve.

First, I had the gyro with Arrachera. Overall it was good, but the gyro was hard in places, and broke apart. It would be much better if it was steamed. You could put it in a moist towel in the microwave for a minute and would be better, not as good as homemade, but as good as store bought will be. Also if the Tzatziki was made with thick greek yogurt, it wouldn't all run out on the plate, but stay in the gyro.

Next my wife got the fettuccine with Salmon. Sauce was very tasty and temperature was great. It seemed though the salmon was from a can or package. It would have been much better if it was fresh cooked skin on until crisp. The crisp skin texture with the soft fettuccine would have been a great addition to the sauce. Over good place, but with some attention to qualify, could be even better. I look forward to being able to update this saying the food...

Me encantó mucho la atención por parte del capitán de meseros que estuvo atento durante la comida. Tuvo buena disposición y también nos mostró su catálogo de vinos y nos dio recomendaciones de platillos. La comida está exquisita y a un precio accesible considerando la calidad, así como las botellas de vino en todo rango de precios. Nosotros pedimos escargots al centro y una delicia para acompañar con el pan y la mantequilla casera. La comida es deliciosa, tanto el omelette que pedí, como la sopa de cebolla y la hamburguesa con cebolla y bbq casers estaban exquisitas. Inclusive tenía miedo las porciones fueran más pequeñas como en la cocina francesa, pero me sorprendió lo generosos que son. Mi único tema a mejorar es que deberían preguntar el término del omelette o el huevo porque pedí uno con la ilusión fuera más tierno porque decía era francés y me lo trajeron súper cocido lo cual no me encantó porque a mi gusto lo siento un poquitin seco.

El ambiente le doy tres estrellas porque es un bistro algo pequeño y siento que varios comensales te miran muy fijamente, así como gente de los otros locales cuando estás comiendo, lo cual lo podría hacer...
