OK, so, to start with, this established is sort of a mix of Argentinian, Spainish and Mexican food kinda place. I know it's hard to remain in business here in Mexico specializing in just one so I'll have to give them that, anyway, let me begin by saying the atmosphere was excellent, the table was service was excellent. Now, allow me to give you a little background... We called earlier to make a reservation. We were told that reservations are only required for the hours of 1-3:15pm and 7pm to closing (1am). We told them we would be arriving at 5pm because I wanted to take advantage of the daily special, it being Wednesday. I love cabrito and was dying for what was described within their website. We were told a serving would be saved because we left a credit card as to secure the "reservation" so to speak. Yes, you guessed it!!! When we arrived and were seated, yes, they were all out of cabrito. My lovely wife was adamant that we had requested a serving was saved. I think you can either have quantity or quality and this place is definitely to large to deliver on the quality aspect of a restaurant.
It looks like a great place for families as a very large section is designed for children with an extremely large play area. When I saw this I probably should have listened to my gut and found another place to eat however as it was recommended and had some good reviews I stayed.
I also think that they need to rethink the green lighting that is used throughout as it does not enhance an environment and makes it hard to distinguish the cooking temperature color guide in the menu. It also gives the entire venue (at least the section I sat in) a night-vision goggle look. Maybe some mixed pink and blues would...

The ingredients were subpar (the salad lacked freshness), and the seasoning was poorly executed. The brisket hamburger, for example, was drowned in excessive barbecue sauce, with flavors that clashed rather than complemented each other.
For such low quality, the prices were absurdly high—comparable to high-end restaurants like Cambalache or Casa Madero, but without the same level of care or flavor.
Definitely...
