P.F. Chang's — Restaurant in Mérida

Found worms in my fried rice. I ordered to-go during the night, brought my food back home, began eating until I saw not one but two worms. Disgusting. I called immediately but they were already closed so I saved my food & receipt and brought it back as soon as they opened the next day.

The manager working there assisted me getting my money back and she was very kind but I told her they need to throw away that rice since it’s bad and she kept going on about vegetables & “humidity” (my Spanish is not so good but I understood the basis of what she was saying) being the cause which didn’t make much...

Food is great here but the service not worth it. Went through shenanigans with the line, they seem understaffed and had a crowd of people at the front waiting area but receptionist mia. One group jumped everyone because they knew a waiter and he wispered something to the receptionist. I went to the bathroom and one of the waiters comes out of the toilet stall and never washed his hands. The waitress for our table never asked if we needed anything or how everything is, not even once. I didn't want to tip but gave 10% anyway, waitress so throws the receipt on the table and says...

Excellent restaurant. Very good quality fresh food. I am an vegetarian and they really good vegetarian food. Ordered veg nuddles, boiler vegetables in coconut curry. The ambiance is good but on Saturday and Sundays it's kind of busy. Waited for like 10 mins for the table but for that kind of food one can. The manager came personally to ask of everything is fine. He was able to speak English but the waiters not that much.
