La Casona Restaurant — Restaurant in Nayarit

This restaurant is one of the three in the resort. We were served our drinks and waited a whole 50 minutes without any service or anyone giving us a hint of when our food will come which was obviously coming late. We almost walked out when they came apologizing that something was wrong with their computer which seemed petty as you are in the hospitality service industry and you can three hungry folks waiting for their food with just drinks no bread, no salad, no food or even a courtesy to update us on what was happening!!!! The food was 3 star even though it was good the mood spoilt the taste and ambience! And not to mention the terribly loud pianist playing in the background who added to the torture of having dinner at this place!

honestly one of the best meals of our lives! We came for our honeymoon, and the food was absolutely spectacular and the service was top notch . Our servers Eduardo,Irving, Rigoberto , Alfredo, Benjamin and Montscrrat went above and beyond our expectations. I can’t imagine getting better service then we received. The live music and atmosphere made it that much more special . We have been to a lot of different fancy places around the world, but this was the best all around . We were so pleasantly surprised with the level of service and great food we experienced at La Casona in Villa La Estancia. Our servers Rodrigo and Rogelio went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and the portions were great.
