DON'T GET THE CHICKEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't learn my lesson from previous experiences, and we paid the price with this restaurant again. Lesson: if the place is known for their burgers... don't get their wings, or chicken or w/e else.

I can't really complain about the burgers, because in general we all enjoyed them.

However, DO NOT GET THEIR CHICKEN! The chicken wings we're the worst I've had in Mexico. They were supposed to be Buffalo wings, but quite frankly they didn't taste like anything (rubber) not even the chicken tasted like chicken.

I asked for a side of sauce, and the sauce was more vinegar than Buffalo. So I changed to a side of BBQ... which tasted like straight up ketchup.

I'd recommend this place getting pre-made spaces for their chicken wings, because other than that.. you are not hitting your mark!

We also ordered a chicken sadwich.. which we thought since they advertise their burgers are on the grill, the chicken would also be grilled... but no!

It was a frozen piece of chicken (giant chicken nugget) which lacked any flavor whatsoever! Very disappointing!

It's also annoying that these places don't take credit cards! You're in a densely tourist populated area!!! Get a Goddam Credit Card reader that works!! You'll make...

This used to be our go to burger joint. I tell everyone to go here. I popped in tonight for my favorite burger, had a nice lovely young lady serve me. They didn't have any diet pop, they used to serve coke lite and the burger beef has been switched out. They used to serve a huge homemade style burger. Tonight I got a patty that I could buy at Costco and grill. Super bummed out. On a side note these guys serve a crazy 3 cheese melted Burger, the waiter who served the burger (s) to another customer with a poured over melted cheese ate the left overs from the serving dispenser at the kitchen counter/window twice in the short time I was there. That surprised me..... While he thoroughly enjoyed lifting the melted cheese high up and dropping it in his mouth I wouldn't allow my own kids to eat like that at the dinner table let alone a worker at a restaurant. I still love the vibe here but probably won't go back unfortunately it's just not the same. Sad...

I’ve been to this place so many times I’ve lost count. Unfortunately, it’s clear things have changed prices have gone up while portions have noticeably shrunk. There’s always something missing from the menu, starting with the Philly cheese sandwich, and this time was no exception.

I usually order the tuétano burger, and I remember it used to come with two bones — now it’s just one. The patty also seemed smaller; it used to match the size of the bun, which was part of what made it so great. After this recent visit, it’s hard to say I’ll be coming back...
