Im a carnitas lover. This is the “real deal” Mexican carnitas taco place. Great tacos for poco pesos (cheap). Very small place. Manuel and his family are good people. Opens at 8am and closes at 3pm-ish, or whenever he runs out of carnitas. Closed on Wednesdays. Also sells kilos of carnitas for $400 pesos!...

This place has Michoacan style carnitas. We stopped and bought it by the kilo and our takeout order came loaded with the carnitas, three salsas, homemade pickled carrots and onions, and tomato and onion, limes and tortillas. As a Mexican, I can tell you these carnitas are delicious. Honestly our best meal in Sayulita. If you want to eat there, the place has great service and is clean.

Este lugar tiene carnitas estilo Michoacan. Nos paramos a comprar por kilo y nuestra order para llevar incluyo las carnitas, tres salsas, zanahoria y cebolla en escabeche, tomate con cebolla y tortillas.
