Amaranto — Restaurant in Nuevo León

I visited this place last weekend for breakfast. As I had heard, the place was packed, so we arrived at 9:30 AM. They offered valet parking, which was convenient. We were placed on the waitlist and, to my surprise, a table opened up right after I asked about the wait time. However, there were still people ahead of us in the queue. When we were seated, I noticed four other empty tables, which seemed unnecessary given that the restaurant doesn't take reservations. It felt like poor service to make customers wait when there were clearly clean, available tables. Aside from this, the food was exceptional. Both my companion and I ordered café de olla, and I had chilaquiles in green sauce with chicharrón and chicken. The chilaquiles were particularly flavorful, with a perfect balance of spicy and tangy. The chicharrón added a delightful crunch to each bite. We also tried the lemon blueberry pancakes, which were light and fluffy, with a sweet and tangy glaze. The service was fantastic as well. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, and he made excellent recommendations. Overall, the food and service were great, but the waitlist management could be improved. I would suggest the restaurant optimize their waitlist system to prevent customers from feeling frustrated by seeing empty tables...

I am amazed by how organized this restaurant is. From the moment you arrive, they offer valet parking and provide a sitting area to wait if there is a queue. The best time to avoid a long wait is to arrive by 10 AM; when we arrived at that time, there were only two couples ahead of us, and we only had to wait 15 minutes. Once seated, our waiter arrived promptly within five minutes to take our food and drink orders. We knew what we wanted, so ordering was quick. Impressively, our food arrived in just 15 minutes, despite the restaurant being full and crowded.

The highlight of the experience was the food! I ordered a waffle with egg, cheese, bacon, and ham, and it was the best breakfast I've ever had. The waffle alone was delicious, and the combination of ingredients made every bite a delight. The portion was large, but every bite was incredibly tasty. Food it's good we order breakfast and it was really good my complements to the chef 👨‍🍳 and the waiters.,also they provide a great customer service the manager and the staff .,the valet parking is really good .,the only bad thing is the inside room it is impossible to eat inside to much noise of all the ladies with all respect but thay are to loud and it is impossible to enjoy your food with all that noise .,I think they need to improve that area because the acoustic increase and stay inside make you feel like if you are in a mexican market where all the people are screaming to sell their products.,like I said don't get me wrong it is a nice place the food is great but that specific area needs to be open or improve because that decrease the level of 5 stars to only 3 .,over all we move outside to eat and was great flavor and quick customer service .,special complement...
