Bad service, our food was cold and seen other customer have issues where he was buying the breakfast with pancakes, and when that customer recieved his order, the restraunt did not have anything for the pancakes, the supervisor was a young stupid kid. These are American chain restraunts and here the service is slow and the food is not good quallity. Train people to be fast at customer service and get managers who know how to do their job. Últimamente han estado mejorando su servicio, se nota que le están echando cada vez mas ganas o que seguramente ya les llamaron la atención. Anteriormente me tocaba recibir mi comida fría aunque fuera para comer ahí e incluso se tardaran “preparándola”. El lugar es bastante grande que las veces que me ha tocado ir se siente extraño que esté tan vacío. Yo recomiendo preguntar de que tamaño son las hamburguesas cuando vas a pedir cualquier combo, ya que muchas veces me fui con la finta de creer que iba a recibir una hamburguesa grande cuando en realidad era una pequeña, no se dejen engañar por las fotos. El único detalle que no me gustó la última vez que fui, es que no me quisieron cambiar mis papas incluidas en un combo, por unos aros de cebolla, cuando antes...
