It was during a special promotion and I get that they were very busy, but we were told when we arrived that it would probably take around 40 minutes for us to get our food and we ended up waiting for two whole hours. The waiter just kept saying that as soon as the order was ready he'd bring it but that he couldn't give us a time estimate, and by then we had already waited for close to an hour and had already ordered drinks so we mistakenly thought it couldn't be much longer and figured we might as well stick around.
