La Rosa Náutica — Restaurant in Nuevo León

Growing up my dad used to bring my sister's, mom and I here almost every Sunday. We used to sit all the way on the back, when I turned 15 we moved to Los Angeles, California. I got married to an American and two years ago I decided to bring him to my beautiful home town MTY and the first thing we did when we got out of the airport was to bring him to Rosa Nautica. He felt in love with the service, the tacos and the best coffee in town. We came back two days ago again. this time to bring my dad's ashes back home 😞 first thing we did was to bring our dad's ashes to the same table he used to sit with us 20 years ago in the Rosa Nautica ❤️ the owner was so nice and friendly and once we told him our story he told us such beautiful words. Thank you Rosa Nautica for being part of many beautiful childhood memories can't wait to come back 🥲 Thank you again for the best service...

Muy ricos tacos y la salsa. Pero lo que es inadmisible es la mujer que hace la limpieza del lugar, limpia con agua, jabón y trajeados el piso, todo bien hasta ahí, que sea dicho de paso con una actitud de fastidio, enojada y eso que apenas empieza el turno a las 6:30am y dejando de lado su actitud funestas lo peor de todo que con el mismo trapeador, con la misma agua sucias que recogió del piso... le da una taapeada a las bancas, bancos, donde uno se sienta y es de lo más asqueroso, pues con ese mismo trapeador limpia baños, sanitarios, etc. Y demás asquerosidad que te puedas imaginar. Me vio le la mire y aun así le valió sombrete, otra pareja que llego también vio la asquerosa acción y casi se querían ir en ese momento. Ahora entiendo porque siempre está pegajoso todas las bancas, bancos y mesa, esta pseudo persona de limpieza es una asquerosa... y lo peor que lo hace enfrente de los dueños, frente a la caja registradora, apoco no se dan cuenta ta de lo que hace esta persona? Lamentablemente no vuelvo a ese lugar y vaya que soy cliente de muchísimos años pero ahora me toco ver esto y es inadmisible, tolero que alguno de sus 3 dueños te cobre siempre de más cuando le pagas como haciéndose p3nd... pero esto ya no es tolerable. Les recomendó que no acudan a este lugar, al menos hasta que despidan a esta persona de...
