Overall, it's not bad, it actually gets surprisingly busy.
The bad: Restrooms are just not my vibe. The sink to wash your hands is hard to regulate, it gets everything wet and even if you're careful, the person before you already soaked the paper towels etc. The exit is push so that's the one saving grace for the restrooms. The drinks are also a miss for me, the large drink is at least half ice which ends up diluting your drink if you take too long, which is usually not a big deal for me except there are also NO refill options so there really is no excuse to use SO MUCH ice... It just rubs me the wrong way paying $80 for that much ice and no refill options (pictured). It was non alcoholic btw.
The good: The food was good, they don't cut your burgers in half but they're also not hard to eat so I'm neutral about it even though I prefer my burgers cut. The food was ready and brought to the table fast, so props to the staff for that. They're friendly and honestly the biggest plus for me was how quickly they brought the check when I asked and charged me right away despite how busy it was. I love when restaurants don't make you wait for no reason.
If they weren't so cheap with their drinks and their restrooms were just designed better, they'd be a 4 or almost a 5 honestly. I don't think it matters that much considering they're packed already despite those flaws.
If anything I would say it's overrated for a mid restaurant. 3 stars but it's more like a 2.5, straight MID...

Read moreYa es la segunda ocasión que los meseros se portan de manera grosera. La primer ocasión al comentarle que no dejaría propina casi el mesero me confronta si el servicio no fue bueno. Ósea solo me llevo mi bebida y mi hamburguesa y ya quiere propina del 15% o lo que sea de propina? Eso se deja de manera voluntaria dependiendo el trato y esfuerzo del mesero. Lo entiendo en mesas grandes 29 comensales y que el mesero esté al tanto todo el tiempo .
En la segunda ocasión que fue ayer, desde que pedí mi pedido al comentarle a la mesera que mi bebida la quería dulce con poco hielo me miró con cara y gesticulando como de que otro solicitando cosas raras, y Para variar ni siquiera llegó bien el pedido.
Al pagar le comento que no dejaré servicio, vuelve a repetir si dejaré servicio y vuelvo a comentar que no y hace un sonido con los labios pffff como sonido de caballo.
La pregunta es!? No les pagan bien o como consiguen a esta gente ?
Llévenlos a un restaurante buffete donde en realidad los meseros trabajan y el dejarles propina es por saber meserear ( es decir que no falte nada en la mesa. Este al pendiente del confort)
Pero estos meseros solo buscan sacar dinero fácil o la pregunta es
El local los obliga ??????
