I honestly not often give a 10/10 to a place. But, this place deserves it I was tempted to give it slightly lower do to the price per taco but then came to realize that the area this place is settled it's extremely expensive and the upkeep would be throughout the roof.
The manager A. Daniel came to our table, introduced himself and made the best of the best suggestions on what to order. If it wasn't for him we might not have had such a great experience.
I must say this is not a street taco, this is more on the side of a gourmet taco experience. Everything is seasoned extremely well and it's cooked to perfection.
Give this place a try and ask directly for A. Daniel the manager for him to suggest on what to order, hopefully he is on duty and you get to meet him.
I ordered what I think might have been one of my favorite tacos of all time I was having a conversation with a group of friends and they noticed and mentioned I completely shut up and focused only on the taco (campechanita especial - I ordered it with both trompo meats). The trompo negro was spot on with the right seasoning to my taste. Was a bit juicy. I would have it again.
We had the tacos de carne con tuetano. This was what grabbed my attention. This was a 5 star taco The sauce they provide just for this taco was amazing. The tuetano had a unique flavour and seasoning. The salt on the lime was a great touch especially when you squeeze it on the taco.....yum yum
Everything was priced good .... for the location it is in....I expected higher price

Read moreEL sabor de los tacos es bueno con las siguientes consideraciones: Del Menú pedimos los tacos de trompo rojos, no pude probar el sabor de la carne ya que le agregan demasiado limón para mi gusto lo cual le hace perder el sabor de la carne por completo. El ambiente del lugar es estilo retro de los años 60's 70's muy bien puesto el restaurante en un buen lugar en San Pedro La atención es muy buena y eficiente por el personal de meseros del lugar. En mi opinion al restaurante le falta mas ventilacion, los asadores están separados del comedor por una barra y una separación de vidrio en la parte superior, no cuenta con abanicos de techo y la ventilación no es suficiente para sofocar el calor al interior del local lo cual hace que la experiencia no sea tan agradable.
En general creo que la calidad de los alimentos es buena pero puede mejorarse, eliminar o reducir el limón y la sal, con esto permitir que los comensales ajusten el sabor a su gusto.
Por último sería deseable revisar el sistema de ventilación del local para que la temperatura del lugar sea un poco mas agradable y poder disfrutar los alimentos...
