Been here a few times in the last weeks. As a Dutch guy, I find the name of the restaurant a bit confusing but the service is speedy and great. The pizzas are Italian-styled with thin crust and tastefully layered with just enough ingredients to get a nice taste. If you want thick and overfilled pizzas, then go to dominos. But if you want something nice and tasty that won’t make you regret your dining decisions, go here! Their pasta and lasagna are also really tasty by the way.
Saw some reviews about the portion sizes being small and yes, compared to the USA it is small. As an European: this is normal. I want to walk back to my place and not roll there. These are normal sized portions and if you are feeling hungry, have a nice ‘postre’ to finish your night of good food.
If I would have a critical note it would be: the red wine was served a bit too chilly and just a little but more light in the kitchen might look a little nicer. Some nights the music was a bit loud, making it a bit harder to have a nice conversation but that absolutely won’t stop me from...
Read moreMilk, a place known for its excellent food quality and service. It never fails, they just have their equation on point. Whenever I come here I order two pizzas and a pasta which is a great meal for two, two or three slices will always be left to-go for the next day. The Five cheese pizza, truffle and onions pizza and the Lemon Ricotta Bucatini are my go-tos. This time I ordered the Restaurant Week menu which I Clyde’s the pasta and the ricotta pizza which was a 9/10. The Truffle pizza in the other hand is a concert in your mouth, espectacular, a solid 9.6, pretty greasy that the only cons. The service was very fast, great music and atmosphere. Just a great experience overall. I really recommend bringing your own bottle, it costs 250 pesos for it to be opened, compared to ordering a glass of wine which goes for 175+ which if you are accompanied will be multiplied a couple times. Really...
Read moreI was curious about this Pizza because I heard that they are having a co-operation with BREAD and for me as an Italian it's hard to find a nice Pizza in MTY.... So I put all my hope in this place... The Pizza was ok, the bread was nice but all over all it was just ok and not good. And I was shocked because of the ridiculous price, they are taking 20 Euro for a Pizza 375MXN, that's the double from Italy how is that even possible. Double price in Mexico? I am really shocked... this was maximum a 200MXN Pizza... We will never ever come back, not because we couldn't afford it, it's just because it's a ridiculous price which feels like a robbery. In Mailand in front of the Dome you might find this price. But the view of this MILK restaurant has a view on a super messy road...
