Tim Hortons La Fe — Restaurant in Nuevo León

I have been going here since the day they opened. I have seen change in management, staff and knew the CEO of Tim Hortons Mexico before he moved on from that position.

A few years ago when it first opened this review would have been 5 stars across the board but today, 2 is being generous.

I won't discuss the fact that Tim Hortons MX thinks it's okay to serve coffee that is hour old and still call themselves an actual Tim Hortons coffee house.... Management needs to wake up on this horrible cost saving decision. One hour old coffee is an embarrassment to the Tim Hortons brand.

But this location over the last few months has been suffering the fastest decrease in quality and service I have ever seen. From poorly trained staff, to broken power outlets, unswept floors, shades on windows that have been broken for months. Yes its not in San Pedro, so clearly its neglected by management which you could also call discrimination, but the sheer lack of despair that is happening sucks.

I use to come every day and use it as my office. I would order food and drinks and get to know the staff. But I have been going to Starbucks instead and pay double the price for a coffee, which every single time, and I mean EVERY TIME is made correctly and is FRESH!

I came here today again to try it out cause it's quieter than Starbucks, only to find out that the AC unit is broken again and people inside are sweating buckets. No wonder its usually quieter.

Sucks to see this happening, but I think its time for a massive change to be made with management.

Hace unos años, cuando se abrió por primera vez, esta reseña habría sido de 5 estrellas en todos los ámbitos, pero hoy, 2 es ser generoso.

No discutiré el hecho de que Tim Hortons MX cree que está bien servir café que tiene una hora y todavía llamarse una verdadera cafetería Tim Hortons... La gerencia debe tomar conciencia de esta horrible decisión de ahorro de costos. El café de una hora de antigüedad es una vergüenza para la marca Tim Hortons.

Pero esta ubicación durante los últimos meses ha sufrido la disminución más rápida en calidad y servicio que jamás haya visto. Desde personal mal capacitado hasta enchufes rotos, pisos sin barrer, persianas en ventanas que han estado rotas durante meses. Sí, no está en San Pedro, por lo que claramente la gerencia lo descuida, lo que también se podría llamar discriminación, pero la absoluta falta de desesperación que está sucediendo apesta.

Solía ​​venir todos los días y usarlo como mi oficina. Pediría comida y bebidas y conocería al personal. Pero he estado yendo a Starbucks y pago el doble del precio por un café, que cada vez, y quiero decir ¡TODAS LAS VECES se hace correctamente y es FRESCO!

Vine aquí hoy nuevamente para probarlo porque es más silencioso que Starbucks, solo para descubrir que la unidad de aire acondicionado está rota nuevamente y la gente adentro está sudando a mares. No es de extrañar que normalmente sea más silencioso.

Llegaron con mucha euforia y eran la novedad, ahora dejan mucho que desear, Recién visite está sucursal y pedí un combo de tenders de pollo.
