It is not what it used to be… Awful experience!

This place, and the whole food chain overall, have been in detriment over the years. They used to have a value proposal in their dishes and now they don’t even make am effort to make them look edible.

Let’s start with the service… or not service at all. It took them over 15 minutes to notice our table and we were a party of 7. Lemonade is just water with syrup, beer mostly flat and 45 minutes until the food arrived at the table.

Then the Food… I used to be fan of the strippers with grilled chicken but not anymore. Never again! Just look at the picture and judge yourself.

Finally, the cherry on top, when I wanted to pay, I had to pay in cash because their card devices were not working properly.

In summary, Las Alitas is no longer that place where you can get great food in a great atmosphere. Come here only if you don’t have...

Food was low quality and service was very slow. Portion was disappointing, wings had little amount of meat and instead of dipping them on sauce they squarted the sauce on top. Fries were somewhat cold and again small portion. I got two carrot sticks and one celery. Cast iron needs to be cured when using them, the Mac and cheese tasted like charcoal briquettes. Buena ubicación dentro de la plaza, instalaciones en buenas condiciones. Excelente lugar para tomar unas cervezas y compartir algo con amigos o en pareja.

El servicio: Sin duda de muy buena calidad. Muy amables aunque de ves en cuando los meseros se ven excedidos porcla cantidad de clientes. En general atentos en todo momento y serviciales.

La comida: Quien conoce ya esta franquicia sabe que es garantía de calidad. Ingredientes frescos y buena sazón caracterizan este lugar. Como todo, no es perfecto, de vez en vez te pudieran traer un platillo distinto a como lo pediste (con una salsa en lugar de otra, por ejemplo), no obstante, si lo haces notar a tu mesero seguro lo arreglan.

Importante destacar: Como todo platillo preparado en sitio, lleva tiempo. La espera para un plato fuerte va de 15 a 20 min así que no olviden pedir una entrada (que suele llegar en 5 min. a la mesa) al momento de pedir sus bebidas. De esta forma no se desesperarán. Recomiendo ampliamente los cheese sticks.
