I'm convinced the people who left high reviews have very low standards for pizza.
The ambience is nice with the vintage memorabilia deco. But there is little or none air conditioning and it feels cramped inside. We were almost sweating on a day with no sun. The smell of the food was good but the food we got was quite disappointing.
We arrived about 3:30 pm and we were the second table of the evening to be served. The first sat immediately before us. We ordered the APPETIZER focaccia bread and two large pizzas, both half and half type. Four different types of pizza on two. We were brought a basket of sad, burnt bread crusts which we thought was the focaccia. We ate it anyway because we were hungry. 45 minutes later, the REAL "appetizer" focaccia bread was brought out the same time as the pizza. The focaccia bread was actually just a bare pizza crust baked with oil and romano spices sprinkled on top. That's it. You could even see the seams on the side of this bread where it was cut out from a pizza crust mold. There was absolutely no difference between this bread and the pizza bread. And it was served at the same time as the pizza which was completely pointless to order as an appetizer. The two pizzas they brought us were also incorrect. The I have to give us on both was Hawaiian. Our little girls who wanted pepperoni had to wait for another pizza to be made after waiting 45 minutes. There was really no excuse for this terrible service because we were the second table of the night. To add insult to injury we saw the next table after us get fresh bread that was not burnt at their table and two baskets full.
Everybody in my family came to the conclusion that Little Caesars has better pizza. It was really cheap and flavorless. The crust was the worst. Completely boring. The only good ingredient they use...
Read moreYou wouldn’t know it was a restaurant if you weren’t looking for it but it is definitely worth the wait. The smoked salmon appetizer was out of this world. I could have eaten two but I wanted to wait for the other courses. The goat cheese and fruit salad was excellent. Lots of fruits like grapes, mango and raisins and the cheese was extra creamy. It’s tossed with a balsamic vinegar dressing and topped with pecans! Excellent. My wife and I had the pasta carbonara which is one of my favorites and we were both surprised at how good it was considering we are used to it being made with alfredo sauce. The servings are big and we split all three courses between us and another couple. Definitely going on our...
