Antojitos Doña Chabe — Restaurant in Oaxaca

We found this place randomly on google and it turned out to be ones of the best and most authentic food experiences we had going around in Mexico. The ladies were very welcoming and friendly, even allowing me to make my own tortilla ( turns out i dont have talent for it). Food was amazing and cheap. The space is authentic. We really liked the food, but i have the impression we got inflated prices for tourists (which we are of course). 60$ per empanadas feels expensive for the city. I'll review my note up or down when I have a better feel of the price I should have paid.

Es un lugar en el que definitivamente regresaría, vine en un Tour, en donde previamente habían pasado a un restaurante buffet, sinceramente preferí cambiarlo por esta opción y no me decepcionó. Doña Chabe vende empanadas que con una sola me llené, yo le pedí una empanada especial que traía chicharrón prensado, cecina, flor de calabaza y chorizo me costó 50 pesos la empanada, le comenté si podía comprar una cerveza en el local de al lado y comerlo en su local y accedió. Durante mi visita, vi que varios locales asistieron a este lugar, creo que es un buen lugar que su ubicación permite degustar, comida, esencialmente, oaxaqueña, sin...
