The pad thai lunch special was a complete scam. It was 120 pesos for a plate where half of this plate was just mostly lettuce and basil. The other half was a fried spring roll, and just a few strands of pad thai! The pad thai itself tasted good but the amount is so absurdly little for a proper meal. I’m not kidding when I said a few strands because I ate it all in two bites. How can a restaurant serve with such dishonesty / skimping out on proper amounts of food? My partner and I both ordered it and it was the most unsatisfactory meal we’ve had in awhile. We are quite upset as we feel cheated and we are still hungry after that lunch.

Read moreThey do a good Mexican impression of Thai classics. The vegetable and noodle preparation are a bit different from what a Thai person might cook you. That said, I enjoyed it. My chicken pad Thai tasted clean, the portion was good, and it was prepared carefully. The owner/chef is doing a pretty good job.
This is a response to some reviewers: If you come to a Thai restaurant in Oaxaca with the expectation that you’re going to have extremely authentic Thai, you’re being a little bit silly. You’ve got to be open to a new variation of an old experience—take it as a culinary experiment.

I enjoyed this restaurant five times, a combination of table away and eat in.
We ordered: Panang , Pad Thai , spring roll , fresh roll , Fried rice and chicken Satae , we ordered a lot , and all menus is so good, Pad Thai is Thai authentic , Jusmin rice is perfect With Reasonable price.
I am sure next visit, I will back to this restaurant again
