My friend and I went to eat at Perro Artesano in La Cascada today. We were both blown away by the quality of the homemade sausages used in their hotdogs. Now I want to go back tomorrow to English sausage hot dog (pictured is the jumbo German style sausage hot dog). The hotdogs are served on a cut sourdough baguette (amazing) and you can get them in a combo with papas cambray and a soda. Condiments include homemade pesto, homemade mustard, pickles...

By accident we passed by. The owner was really friendly so we decided to give it a try. We took the Sencillo Cumberland Inglaterra y Perro Burger. It was worth the shot, delicious! Good quality meat and everything is made from scratch. The place is small but nice decorated. And the service is perfect. We will defenitly go back!...
