Domino's Playa del Carmen Colosio — Restaurant in Playa del Carmen

I ordered through Rappi and was horrified to see the bad reviews about non-delivery. To Domino's credit, they did call me to ask for directions on where to deliver. I have a Mexican phone number and speak some Spanish, so I gave them my approximate location. The delivery guy pulled up 10 minutes or so later and I waved him over. The food was good and as ordered. The problem is that I ordered through Rappi, but Domino's uses their own driver, so there is no easy way to communicate with the driver through the app. Domino's is doing their Rappi customers, many of whom are English speakers, a disservice. This is because the drivers don't have access to the GPS navigation in the app, so it makes for awkward calls about directions with people that may not answer or even be able to speak Spanish when they do answer. It also means that the customer can't see the tracking of where their driver is so they can meet them in a timely manner. Domino's is also doing their drivers a disservice as I tip generously through the app, but there is no option to tip because Domino's uses their own drivers. And I had no cash to give the delivery driver. Until Domino's integrates properly with Rappi (which they probably won't), I will avoid ordering...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! We placed our order online for 2 pizzas, and we have yet to receive them. I payed online (BIG MISTAKE), said they were delivering the pizza within 20 minutes of placing the order, but they never arrived.

We called the store, and they said that they already has delievered the order. Then they changed their story and said they had to cancel the order because "nobody opened the door as they were delivering", and then switched back to their original story that the pizza had already been delievered.

The lady on the order end had already made up her mind that we were not getting our refund. I would never try to screw up a food chain. I would not trust what these...

We ordered three things.. a pizza, appetiser and dessert, a traditional basic three piece meal.. only two of those actually made it to us.. the box of appetisers was empty. Oh and they also don’t answer their phones, we gave up on minute 40. Yes the cheese crust pizzas taste good and the chocolate lava cake was great but how were the cheesy bites? I wouldn’t know because they gave me an EMPTY BOX!!!!! Two stars for actually delivering food and the food being edible. Get some ambition for your jobs and stop...
