You must visit this restaurant! It’s about a mile from the Walmart in Playa De Carmen. The area felt safe and there was free street parking. The prices are awesome. We basically got two huge meals with coffee and fresh orange juice for $11 USD. Every thing I pictured in the photos was $220 pesos. We received outstanding customer service. This place had the best customer service we experienced so far at any local restaurant in the area. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. The salsas were fantastic. The green salsa is very spicy, the red salsa is very flavorful but not very spicy, and the salsa de frijol were very good. The chilaquiles hit the spot and very enjoyable. Ate here while enjoying Playa del Carmen. Outstanding service and food. Better than the resort we’re staying at. Will go again next time we’re in Playa del Carmen! Try the pozole - yum! Authentic and delicious.

Edit - Went back on a weekday. Pozole seems to only be on Sunday, but if you ask nicely, they may still have some. Carne asada with refried beans...

Our absolute favorite spot for chilaquiles. The verde one is to die for- spicy and a bit sour- it's perfect with queso+crema +pollo. The huevo divorciados are extremely flavorful as well.
