The pizza was really good. Honestly the best vegan pizza in Playa. I have only been there once, but I’m looking forward to trying the other menu items. They also do delivery via WhatsApp. The only thing that should be improved was the service. Horroroso el servicio a domicilio. Atienden súper mal. No es culpa del cliente que tengan mal humor, que sea el fin de su jornada laboral, y que no tengan ganas de atender.

Empiezan a escribir con mayúsculas y a exigir información del pedido cuando ya se les había proporcionado. Aparte cobran los desechables extra, y ni avisan con anticipación sobre ese cobro extra, y ENCIMA, esa última vez enviaron mal el pedido. En lugar de ginga campechana, enviaron gringa al pastor, y ni lo compensaron.

Es una pena, porque he ido ya muchas veces a comer ahi, y en persona no atienden tan tan mal (solo por las noches), pero majaderías a quien se las aguante.

Si van a pedir a domicilio, no dejen que les escriban mal, les den órdenes, o les exijan con mayúsculas sin pedir la información amablemente, en lugar de preguntarles bien su pedido.

Si van a ir al lugar, vayan en la tarde. Es cuando más o menos atienden mejor (en la noche dan la impresión de que les urge irse). Aunque en la tarde hace muchísimo calor y no hay A/C, solo abanicos. No me agrada que la gente que prepara comida no use banditas en la frente para retener el sudor.

I ordered food from them, 2 pizzas (meat lovers + baby blue) a cookie and cheesy fries. Pizza: it was very good the proportions are generous even if we didn't smell the blue cheese on the baby blue it may be an oversight but it remained good

The cookie I didn't like at all we smelled too much bicarbonate or yeast and the texture was weird For the cheesy fries I liked it a lot it was very good
