Wow Café - Art & Boutique — Restaurant in Playa del Carmen

L’epitome d’un “hidden gem”! Wow cafe has been my morning coffee spot since I moved to PDC and I’m so happy to have found it. Beautiful art, GREAT coffee, a small selection of artisanal products, cozy seating and great music.

The GREATEST part and true highlight is the staff. They are a collection of beautifully sweet and attentive humans - I’ve felt like family since day one. Thank you Fernando, Grace, Marlen y Josie! 😘

It’s a great place for getting work done or some quiet time with a book, but I particularly love it for meeting up with friends for morning coffee chats.

It’s hard to find amazing coffee spots in Mexico, it’s a hit in miss with coffee spots however Wow Cafe did not disappoint, amazing coffee, ambience and pastries, they had different options from vegan to keto to regular pastries, their vegan Banana bread is delicious! Cozy place to grab a snack and some coffee. While walking on the street, it took me a while to realize that there’s a cafe. Once there, you realize that it basically is just a super small room with some chairs on the outside, even though they have a neat Sortiment of different beverages and pastries to choose from.
