Bad place to eat, since we arrived the orders for cuts of meat were delayed, at first I tried to be sensible, however, when we put the cuts on the plates they did so reluctantly and with tiny portions. Then I asked them to repeat cuts and bring us more pineapple, but this never came, which is unfortunate because other clients who "appeared to have better status" received better attention than my family, very bad for the restaurant and the persecution they have of its clients, if it were possible I would even give them zero stars. Ya lo había visitado, pero debido a la PANDEMIA no había regresado y no había calificado.
El lugar. Mesas amplias, cómodas, separadas, muy buenas para la PANDEMIA.
El sabor. Cortes muy buenos, muy variados, pero con la picaña natural con sal es excelente, como me gusta, donde se ubica la mejor suavidad y jugosidad del corte.
Su barra de ensaladas, también muy grande y muy buena, uno de los mejores restaurantes brasileños que he visitado porque es el único donde el personal te sirve lo que quieras de lo que hay disponible, ¡muy bien, visita los lugares donde te atienden!
El personal. Atentos, limpios, siempre con máscaras y asegurándose de que los comensales también cumplan, algo que se agradece en PANDEMIA, acuda a los lugares donde te cuiden.
El precio. Razonable, uno de los más bajos para este tipo de restaurante buffet brasileño.
Una felicitación especial al Chef, José Luis, Abraham y José Luis por su magnífica atención.

Its salad bar, also very large and very good, one of the best Brazilian restaurants I have visited because it is the only one where staff serve you whatever you want from what is available, very well, visit the places where they take care of you !
The staff. Attentive, clean, always wearing masks and making sure that the guests also comply, something that is appreciated in PANDEMIA, go to the places where they take care of you.
The price. Reasonable, one of the lowest for this type of Brazilian buffet restaurant.

Si vas como consumidor general, te dan un servicio excepcional. El trato del personal es muy bueno y rápido. Si vas sólo, en pareja, familia o amigos, es un lugar muy recomendable.
Si vas como consumidor con un contrato establecido, no sé si al saber tu monto de consumo eso amerite que baje la calidad del servicio y que los meseros se tarden tanto en atender. Al tener condicionado el tiempo del servicio, te ignoran y no dan todos los cortes que pides. En este punto jamas vuelvo hacer una comida con mis colaboradores, nos sentimos excluidos.
Las puertas de los sanitarios han sido actualizadas por unas de mayor privacidad, punto a favor del local.
En tema de valet parking, el espacio es muy reducido, no tienen un monto establecido y al final decides si entregas una cooperación, pero les recomiendo revisar sus cajuelas y guanteras antes de entregar la unidad y cuando les sea devuelta. La primera vez me quitaron 2 herramientas de la bolsa, después aplique lo que mencione arriba, te ven con ojos de sorpresa o de "pinche mamón" pero desde allí no se me volvió a perder nada.
En cuanto a la calidad y cantidad de alimentos, muy recomendable, aunque espero puedan considerar el lagarto en salsa de mango o el jabalí.
