Went for some lunch and beers which were great! But the customer service needs A LOT of work!! No one at the entrance to get my temp checked and get hand sanitizer, waited for like 10min then I realized no one was going so I help myself to the table. Once at the table, another 10 min to get a waitress to come over and take our order. I were about to leave but stayed because We were really hungry.

When I finished placing my order, I’m told the waitress for my table was taking care of other clients, which I didn’t mind at first because I would understand if it was busy or if they had a full-house but that wasn’t the case it was at 25%-30% capacity. She then pointed her out where we saw her taking pictures and talking to other tables for long periods of times and constantly texting.

Unfortunately, I sat right across from where the food order is ready for the tables and saw my order and it took another 10-12 min for them to see it and bring it to us.

Like I said the beer was great the food was good But the service from waitresses was not. After getting the food then they want to ask if everything is ok every 5 min, Not cool.

El sitio es ideal para ir con amigos en plan de reír y tomar un trago. La carta cuenta con todo tipo de bebidas nacionales y antojitos para calmar el hambre o departir mientras disfrutas de la tarde-noche con tu pareja o amigos. El costo de bebidas u comida es competitiva, p.e., una promo de dos cervezas por $50 o un litro de cerveza en tarro preparado (escarchado) ronda los $90. La comida oscila entre $44 (Quesadillas) y hasta $129 (costillas Tikas). La música es aceptable, al igual que el ambiente en general. La atención es inmejorable de las guapas anfitrionas q en todo momento parecen atentas a tus solicitudes para q no falte la comida o bebida en tu mesa. Eso se refleja desde luego en el sitio que se ve limpio y bien iluminado. Los sanitarios son pequeños pero cuentan con todos los servicios (aunque a veces escasea el papel y servilletas para secarse las manos). No vi ningún tipo de señalamiento para atender a personas con algún tipo de discapacidad (rampas, letreros, menús o algo similar). Tampoco indica si es gay friendly, pet friendly o si se aceptan mascotas de servicio. Si gustas de fumar puedes hacerlo en el estacionamiento. En cuanto a formas de pago puedes hacerlo en efectivo, y tarjeta Visa y MasterCard. Es importante señalar q te suman el Costo del Servicio, pero si revisas bien tu ticket verás el costo total....

Octubre 2024 es la primera vez que lo visito y como era lunes estaba muy tranquilo y si había lugar en el estacionamiento del negocio con un Costo aceptable de$ 40.00 La atención fue excelente, las alitas y papas muy sabrosas, para mí gusto un poco caras, la hamburguesa fatal y lo que le sigue, creo que podría mejorar en este punto, pues la carne tenía un sabor nada bueno, las de los carritos de la calle son mucho mejor, ojalá que se esmeren por una mejor preparación y seguramente tendrán más pedidos Los tragos y las micheladas muy buenas. Por supuesto que voy a regresar pero sin pedir hamburguesa. Al final sugirieron que pagaramos una propina del 15% lo cual accedimos porque la pasamos bien, además el grupo que tocó fue entre norteño y banda pero se rifaron y cantan bastante...
