Le doy 3 estrellas porque casi casi te obligan a comprar las pizzas que ellos sugieren y no las de $79 pesos diciéndote que no hay de las económicas que esperaras 30 minutos y la orden sale a los 2 minutos y casi casi riéndose de uno. Hoy 27 de noviembre del 2021 fui a las 9 pueden checar cámaras y me negaron una pizza de $79 pesos porque solo tenían otras pizzas hechas y tuve que ir mejor a la sucursal de reforma a que me atendieran y me la prepararán. Llegue a las 9:38 y no me negaron ninguna pizza. Ojo con la sucursales que tienen.

Excelente actitud de servicio del personal. Solo si creo que les falta equipo hornos para más pizzas. En esta zona hay muchas familias y estudiantes para los que está marca representa un muy buena opción. Es sabrosa y económica. Pero estaban dando tiempos de hasta 45 minutos para entregar pedidos. Si tu economía es factor determinante en tu decisión, solo vente con tiempo y acá tendrás algo bueno bonito y barato

The pizza is delicious,but at the cashier the guy didn't explain properly about the sauces. He said :" two for twenty or one for 12$". We decided to take two sauces and at the end we found out that he charged us two sauces for 12 pesos each. This is not fair! Absolutely awesomeness. The service is really good here. Yes they are absolutely overworked and crazy busy however the staff keeps their cool and continue to offer the best of service, offers and promotions. I would absolutely not recommend Ubereats, didi, or Rappi as not only will overcharge you but will also provide second rate service with...

A customer (or the clerk) dropped a pizza which had been paid but there wasn't any attempt from the clerk to offer a new one at reduced price or even for free. Perhaps because at the end of the day the clerk would have to pay for it. Which, if true, doesn't speak of a great customer...
