This restaurant is located in the hand-made art craft market area. While the settings is simple and straightforward, the menu comprises some typical dishes from Puebla. However one could also ask and go for the daily menu! This option was not offered/mentioned by the staff and that's a pity! It seems that the service is not the strong point of this spot (one waitress didn't want to take any orders or rather choose who to serve). Seating, suggesting, taking orders and delivering food are the basics that are not shared here. That's really a shame as the food was good. The daily menu (once you realized that they have one) is the guarantee to have home-made food. As a starter, the soup with pasta and acelgas (greens) was tasty (maybe a bit too oily). The Mexican style chicken was delicious: the drumstick was tender and the sauce was perfect to spice it up. In addition, the mole de olla (beef with greens) was a great discovery. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the sauce/soup was beefy and spicy. My take: I do hope that the service can greatly improve or maybe was it a bad day? OMG, this is a typical Mexican Food restaurant with Sizable dishes....so good food. And the members of the staff never stop to be there for you when you need them and they consistently anticipate to your needs. The Green Juice for breakfast is delicious, and omelettes are too. La mejor comida de restaurante que probé en mi primer visita a Cuetzalan! El servicio excelente!

Establecimiento: El lugar es mediano, caben grupos grandes repartidos en mesas de 8 personas, en total el lugar es para unas 30 - 40 personas, te sientes muy a gusto en el lugar ya que se siente acogedor.

Comida: Es muy buena, el primer día pedí pollo en caldo rojo (no recuerdo el nombre), arroz y flan como postre, el arroz lo hacen muy rico y acompañado con tortillas hechas a mano y una salsa de semillas que tienen uff! lo mejor del mundo, el pollo también muy rico y el postre delicioso.

Al otro día pedí un queso fundido con longaniza y una pechuga de pollo empanizada, el queso esta delicioso y la pechuga también muy rica, sin duda recomendable 100%

Servicio: Son muy amables y bastante atentos, excelente!
