Stop By Ramen — Restaurant in Puebla

The star of the place is rightfully their Ramen. We loved the broth, & ordered extra noodles, which made the soup filling for two. The noodles were perfectly cooked. We wish the egg in it was cooked a little less, and the chicken was a little too dry. The takoyaki was yummy, but could have used a little more cook time. The gyoza was good despite a lot of oil on it. We wiped each piece with a napkin. The taiyaki was small, but nice & warm, & a good finish to the meal. The servers were all really nice. It was helpful to have a buzzer so we didn't have to chase anyone down...

It’s a little bit more on the costly side but if you’re a ramen connoisseur it’s well worth it.

Mi mamá y yo amamos pedir comida de aqui, mínimo 2 veces al mes consumimos de este lugar. Justo hoy pedi 2 ramen y no entiendo que le paso, la verduras de ambos ramen crudas! Ni tantita sal se molestaron en ponerle y en lo personal a mi me es desagradable la cebolla cruda. El caldo super insipido y notamos que los fideos son un poco diferentes, no se si los cocieron de mas pero no saben a los de siempre, me encanta este lugar por que realmente creo es o era el mejor ramen de Puebla pero no entiendo hoy que fue lo que pasó. Espero chequen la calidad y no decaigan en el área de cocina por que al menos hoy, si fue muy...
