Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Querétaro

Worst visit to a Carl's (so far). Order wasn't complicated, two of the same : Santa Fe chicken with bacon and avocado, fries and tea with water as beverage + some jalapeño poppers + some cheese sauce... This is what we got instead: two ❄️ cold "Santa Fe" without green chilli, only one with bacon and avocado, the cheese sauces where nearly empty and cold, one of the beverages was apple soda 😤 Crew had a nice attitude but if they mess up the whole order then what's the point!?

Server F. Cardoza, I requested a straw, which i received one earlier. I told her I accidentally got thrown away. I asked for a replacement and she wouldn't give one even though I got one earlier for a shake. Definitely a bad attitude and instead of trying to keep customer happy, she completely denied. Hoy fui a aprovechar la promoción de $1 la hamburguesa, pedí 2 combos una de las hamburguesas era con nuggets, me entregaron unos nuggets en caja, mi niño pensó que eran los de la hamburguesa, llegó uno de los empleados pidiendo mi ticket de una forma muy grosera y preguntando si habíamos pedido los nuggets, dejó el ticket en la mesa y se fue, abriendo la otra hamburguesa que debía de ser de 2 carnes sólo traía una y le hice el comentario y me dijo pues qué quiere que se la cambie? Ya se comió los nuggets , a mi contestación, no es autoservicio como para que me reclames si yo no los tomé, yo no tuve la culpa, tomó la hamburguesa y se dió la vuelta y siguió su alegata, muy mala la atención va uno a disfrutar con su familia, entendemos que pudo haber sido un día difícil, pero también tengo un negocio y el éxito siempre es una buena atención, agradezcamos que hay trabajo y ojalá y pongan más atención a...
