Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Querétaro

I've never had any bad food here, but there are so many red flags that i won't be back soon.

I waited for about 5 minutes before anyone served me. People saw me, but it wasn't their job to take my order and they opted not to tell anyone else.

When the manager began to take my order they walked away in the middle of my order to take a personal call.

I ordered a salad and when they brought it they didn't bring me a fork and had to look for another 5 minutes to find one.

Food was fine, but the lack of attention to everything else is a sign they're probably cutting a lot more corners...

USA chain that is more expensive in MX than in the USA, and the frozen burgers aren't any better. It was cleaner and had more employees than most locations the US. You can find much better burgers made from fresh beef for the same price in other locally owned restaurants. We only ate here because they had a small playland for kids. Fuimos por el cumpleaños 4 de nuestro hijo. De lo que probé (hamburguesa, papás, aros de cebolla, tiras de pollo, refresco y malteada) Lo único rescatable son unas tiritas de pollo que saben exactamente igual a las de KFC, ese pollo está rico y jugoso, nomás les faltó el puré y la ensalada, podrían hacer las hamburguesas de esa carne y sabrían mejor. Tanto la carne "Angus" cómo la "normal" saben terrible, a cartón, igual que burguer king pero más secas y más caras. Las papas fritas frías y con poca sal, los aros de cebolla regulares, están mejores los de McDonald's, la malteada huele y sabe a vainilla, agradecí que no me diera un coma diabético gracias a qué no está tan endulzada, también aplica la malteada junto con el pollo. Las hamburguesas de res terribles. Casi cualquier hamburguesa de carrito callejero sabe mejor. Me costó trabajo acabarmela. Mejor un pozole para la próxima. El servicio de los chicos está bien, muy amables y atentos pero para cuando llega tu burguer ya está fría y el tocino así no se disfruta. Tienen área para niños bastante segura. Tienen un paquete infantil igual de insípido. Es ese tipo de lugares que le dan razón a la frase: "la gente come y bebé y no sabe de dónde viene" se disfruta más un hot dog vikingo del Oxxo que estás hamburguesas. El lugar está simpático aunque es frío....
