Marko Japanese Cuisine — Restaurant in Querétaro

Yakisoba Cameron (shrimp) was the best I've ever had.... so good my friend stole it for a midnight snack 😋. The orange Dragon Roll was ok. Not fabulous but not bad either. Miso soup was good too. It was a little warm with no fans blowing to circulate the air so thats why I gave it 4 stars. We were a party of 4 with no other customers that showed up about 6:30. I say that because it wasnt crowded, but they staggered our food so much with such delay that one in my part canceled her roll. It was a good 15 min difference it more. The food was well prepared, just took a long time for ALL of us to get our did and some were done before the others got to eat.

I wish they had an alcohol license? I'm guessing that's why all they had was soda, no sake & no soju- two things I was expecting and hoping for.

So having said all that, I might go back again if I don't feel like going very far because it was only 2 minute walk from my airbnb, but I don't really think I want to go and sit. It wasn't a bad place it just took a really long time and the place closes at 8:00 p.m. and the kitchen closes at 7:45. Wonderful little sushi and Japanese food spot, offering a variety of dishes in a quiet upstairs location. De los pocos lugares en Querétaro que manejan un sushi con sazón extranjero, con salsas y calidad en los momentos, realmente si es una experiencia probar la comida de marco, el chef de este negocio, con una carrera desde USA, dónde sus mentores eran japoneses, americanos. Y sus preparaciones realmente se disfrutan mucho, está muy bien servido y es accesible en costos, dependiendo de que día tiene promociones que lo hacen más atractivo. Tiene lo que pocos o solo lujosos restaurantes, tiene mesas tipo tatami. Para comer a nivel de piso. Baños limpios. Pero definitivo el servicio le falta. Su atención no está a la altura de la increíble comida que tiene.
