Presentation of the food is lovely ! The service tho, only one server MISRAEL he seems to care about the customer. We walked in after lunch hour but before dinner; maybe it’s the downtime Of the restaurant. The girl sitting at behind the coffee bar didn’t even acknowledge us, then another girl saw us just kinda pointed to where ever, mins after, another girl slapped a QR code and said menu there.

We kindly asked if there is English menu, she pointed at the QR code again, the fact is, there is no English menu, which is ok too, I can read Spanish but my travel companion cannot read Spanish well. Her attitude is not pleasant at all.

Took a while to order, the staffs were just chatting and laughing at the corner. Maybe it’s their lunch break ? If that’s the case, should Have told us not to dine in at the break.

Por el precio está bastante bien la comida y el lugar, lo vale, el problema viene con los meseros, que dejando de lado de que luego se les olvida traerte esto o aquello, de que tardan en atenderte o ni te ponen servilletas si no se las pides, la actitud de un mesero en específico que no nos dio su nombre fue totalmente nefasta al final con la cuenta.

Fuimos 8 personas, cada uno pagando su cuenta, y más de uno diciéndole al mesero cuánto era de la cuenta y cuánto de propina, y para los últimos dos alimentos que había que pagar, dijo que ya solo faltaba eso y el servicio, la propina. Le comenté que ya habían dejado los demás propina, porque no daban las cuentas, y él insistía en que no era cierto, y que faltaba el servicio, en modo de exigencia. Yo sin problema le hubiera dejado propina, pero ya se andaba clavando la propina de los demás, y ya que llamé a unos de los que habían dejado propina, comentó que él nunca dijo que no habían dejado propina, pero que faltaba dejar más.

Se indignó y dijo “Mejor aprendan a salir”, obviamente le reclamé por su actitud, y si no fuera porque andábamos cortos de tiempo, hubiera pedido hablar con el gerente, pero bien estafador y rata con la propina, mesero hambreado, así no dan...

I would give this place 6 stars if I could, the food here was not just great, it really made me happy. Normally I eat my burgers by hand, but this one was so huge, I really had to cut it to eat it. And the flavor... And such a variety of delicious malteadas and smoothies, it was hard to choose one.
