Who literally told me they didn’t find my tablet and she couldn’t do anything about it, not even speak with the housekeeper because “housekeeper was working in cleaning the rooms at the moment.” So I guess as the general manager she can’t go and speak to one of her housekeepers because they are cleaning. If you traveling on vacation, stay near to Corregidora or Plaza das Armas. It stays around 50 min distance from airport. Hotel provides complementary breakfast and free transfer to airport and main city malls. A positive point is that the hotel has a supermarket as neighbor, so it really helps. The market is quite big, has food court and ATMs. However, it doesn't have many restaurants around that you could go on foot, so you need to take the cab or uber every time.
