Rebel Wings UAQ — Restaurant in Querétaro

Based on my experiences at this restaurant I would say run somewhere else to eat. Unless you like being treated poorly, ignored, cold food and watered down drinks, then being over charged for it all.

My first time coming here earlier in the week I was completely ignored as I sat there for 10 minutes...so I left.

A few days later I found out while being a guest in the same shopping center I would receive a discount at Rebel Wings. So I decided to give it another try. Big mistake. I was immediately greeted ...a surprise.

I proceeded to order my food. My drink was so watered down that I was basically drinking blue soda. It looked nothing like the photo. I ordered the buffet for myself and the kids meal for my child. I asked was the ranch dressing included with the buffet and the waitress told me of course yes.

When I received my food they didn't bring the vegetables that are supposed to be included in the buffet. I guess they didn't realize I can read a menu in Spanish. The wings were cold and tasted like they came out of the refrigerator. But I said I to myself maybe the next batch will be better. No still cold. At least the fries were a normal temperature. My second round of wings I asked for more ranch of course after I saw they didn't bring it with my wings

So prior to asking for the check I told them I was staying at the hotel and they told me that I couldn't receive the discount because I didn't tell them before I ordered my food. WHAT?? Ok well let me speak to the boss. She was rude and unwaivering. I showed her the promotion never said anything of the such.

Then they added more rules that were nowhere in the promotion that I received: no alcoholic drinks and doesn't include the buffet. They also charged me an additional 20 pesos for my included ranch dressing that I asked for with my second round of buffet wings. I told them I'm going to call the hotel and let them know what is happening.

Finally the "boss" agreed to take off a discount only from my kids meal. I paid it and didn't even argue about the included ranch dressing that I was charged for. You can have these pesos because you took advantage of me. But I'm letting everyone know how horrible your restaurant and service is. Ochoquatro is downstairs and they serve wings and burgers fresh, hot with friendly...

El pasado sábado asistí a este lugar a consumir a pesar de que en una ocasión ya habríamos tenido una mala experiencia con la atención, todo comenzó muy bien ya que nos atendió el gerente regional que se encontraba en ese momento, externandole como comentario el servicio anterior y comentándolo que aún así decidimos regresar, todo iba bien ya que nos atendieron mejor que la vez pasada, ya entrada la noche unas personas que llegaron comenzaron a ofender y hacer señales obscenas hacia nosotros, y lo que recibimos por parte de la supuesta gerente si es que se le puede llamar así fue sacarnos del lugar apesar que las otras personas ya estaban agrediendo, llegando a golpear a mi compañero con ayuda del MISMO PERSONAL DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO, no obstante estas personas se retiran del lugar sin pagar ya que habían llamado a la policía la misma que siguió golpeando a mi compañero sin decirme a donde lo llevarían, cuando por fin llegue a la delegación correspondiente, resulta que quien presentó cargos no fue la gerente sino un mesero, el mismo que se presentó como gerente y el mismo que había golpeado a mi compañero y a mi empujandome argumenando que no podia grabar el cual su empujon oscasiono una lecion en la rodilla, en la declaración menciona que le apoyaran poniendo en esta que el problema se había suscitado fuera del establecimiento, el cual no fue así y hay fotos y videos qué puedo subir a las redes sociales, ya que también se deslindan de la pérdida de objetos personales. Exijo una respuesta por parte del establecimiento. Que nos regresen los objetos que supuestamente no encuentran. Y que pongan más atención en el servicio y atención de la supuesta gerente ya que esto lo haré viral tanto contra el establecimiento y de la misma policía que cada vez está peor abusando de su autoridad y recibiendo MORDIDAS de estos...

We stopped in on an early Friday afternoon... 1:15. Four additional customers in the restaurant. We ordered wings and fries, both came out immediately (warning signal), all of the food was cold, not even warm!!

We informed the wait person, that we didn't want them, especially if you can't make the food correctly the first time. Told her we would pay for the two drinks.

Someone else brought the food out again. NOPE!
