Restaurante Hércules — Restaurant in Querétaro

Since this is a beer hall it's obvious the beer is very good and they have lots of different types. the food varies from average to good and their Pizza is pretty tasty. But what makes this place is the atmosphere and the Casual environment. They also have free salsa lessons on Wednesdays and Fridays and there's several different sections you can drink and eat at and there's also a number of shops in the same complex for things like coffee and soap and gifts as well as two or three galleries. On Sundays they have a brunch but I think it's expensive for what you get. Overall though this is one of my favorite places to come and just hang out with friends or pass the time. The place is built in an old factory with lots of old Machinery that's cool to look at. The place in Old hundreds probably thousands of people but it can get busy at times and although there's lots of parking and it's usually no problem to park...

This is the eating area inside the brewery. The brewery is so large the dining hall gets its own post! It is a huge, open-air area with picnic tables and 4 tops for sitting and eating. I also saw ping pong tables available for those who play. The service was great with someone stopping by every 5-10 minutes. I ordered Guacamole & Plantains for an appetizer and a burger for dinner. The plantains were thinly sliced and fried. The guacamole was delicious with some heat but not overpowering. The burger was cooked and prepped exactly as I ordered, and it was superb. I washed it all down with a couple of their beers (Belgian IPA and West Coast IPA). All in all, it was a great meal. I will try to stop ba k in before I leave...

This brewery is just gorgeous 😍! And they make REALLY, REALLY good beer! They also do collabs with different breweries as well, to keep it exciting!! But DEFINITELY, THE BREWERS AT HERCULES ARE MASTERS OF THEIR CRAFT! 🍻 The guac with plantain was delicious. All the beers are definitely worth trying.
