Tacos El Pata Plaza Constituyentes — Restaurant in Querétaro

Very, very disappointing indeed! We were seated promptly and the place was clean with friendly staff, but, that's the limit of the good things I have to say really. The tacos were bland and tasteless, the tacos al pastor especially were tasteless. They were edible at least, just tasted of nothing. There is also someone shouting over a microphone the orders for the cooks, the speaker is in the visible kitchen but you can still hear it constantly another problem is that there are large ceiling fans situated below the lighting, making for a constant flicker. My boyfriend and I were greeted superbly and in a timely manner. Our waiter Ismael attended us right away and brought a tray of salsas to choose from, which I chose all except the hottest one. We ordered a side of frijoles charros and a order of campechano(mix of arrachera,chorizo,chicharon).We ordered jamaica and rompope as our beverages-very good. The restaurant was very clean. Mucha rotación del personal, jóvenes sin experiencia en atención y servicio al comensal. La comida no siempre es buena. Soy cliente asiduo y la mayoría de las veces es diferente el sabor, textura y presentación de los tacos de sirloin, a veces dura, quemada o fría. Las tortillas son hechas al momento y eventualmente son recalentadas. Los frijoles muy buenos, la sopa de fideos excelente, la sopa Azteca muy recomendables, las aguas a veces muy dulces y otras muy rebajadas. Es una franquicia, el punto es que la calidad, sabor y experiencia en general, se espera que sea o deberia ser la misma, buena, pero, la rotación de la gente, la falta de supervisión y entrenamiento, nos son consistentes y los resultados son diferentes a los esperamos por los comensales y posiblemente los dueños. ACTUALIZACIÓN La rotación del personal es significativa y el servicio se ve directamente afectado ya que a los jóvenes les da la mismo, no muestran interés por servir ni desarrollar una experiencia para el comensal.
