XingHe Dumpling de china y té星禾饺子茶馆 — Restaurant in Querétaro

This is one of those times when I wish I could leave ten stars. I had the best Chinese food tonight since I lived in San Francisco, California. The balance of flavors and spices, the preparation and presentation are perfect. I’m always a little suspect of reviews regarding Chinese food because, sadly, most people have never had really great Chinese food. I have and I can tell you that this is some of the best Chinese food that you will find, anywhere. I had some of the best dumplings ever. The fried rice was amazing. The noodles and beef were astounding. You must come here because not only is the food outstanding but the ambience is delightful and the service is like sitting down at your mother’s house. I’m coming back at least once more before I leave Queretaro and when I do leave I’ll miss eating here....

Outstanding dumplings. Limited menu, but if you are in the mood for noodle soup, excellent fried rice or their specialty: dumplings, a treat! Really wonderful flavors & textures. Pleasant but basic ambient. No alcohol but a pleasant selection of teas and soft drinks. Service is friendly and gracious. When we were there, early evening, about 5:00 - 5:30, the owner cooked and served by herself. Still, she handled 7 clients at 2 tables, never seeming overwhelmed. But I just can’t say enough about the flavor - just excellent. I could literally go back again today. They offer pickup & take-out, but so far, I don’t see a delivery option. If they had it, I would order DiDi or Uber right now. ...

I had a very delightful dining experience at XingHe. It is an inviting atmosphere and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Her and I were able to have good conversation in between her serving food and me enjoying the best dumplings I have ever had. I sat at the table in the open doors facing the Historical street sipping on a refreshing glass of Jasmine tea, that she made for me. She has lots of tea recommendations and I am glad she got me to try one. I will be back for more while I am in town and I do recommend you visit Olivia’s...
