Bamboo Sushi — Restaurant in Sonora

I think their Sushi is some of the best sushi in Puerto Penasco. The reason for the three star is only because of inconsistency of their operating hours. The internet says 1:00 to 9:00 and the sign on their door says 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. and and closed on Mondays. I have gone numerous times within those hours and they were not open. Today is Sunday and they were supposed to be open at 1:00 p.m. and it appears they will not be open all day.
