Worst service I've ever had in Mexico. I came in, told the waiter that I would sit outside. I waited a full 15 minutes before he came out, but instead of coming to give me a menu or taking my drink order he went to another table that just sat down 1 minute before he came out. I finally got a drink but had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I could order. My meal arrived a full 10 to 15 minutes after the other table had been served, and they were already finishing. I can't remember a time when I've ever been completely ignored so much in a restaurant. My hamburger was overcooked, and the french fries were cold and it was very expensive for Mexico. Very disappointed in the service and preparedness of the place. When the waiter came to take our order after letting us choose our meals, it was only then that he informed us that they do not have pizza available (would have been nice to know). He got our beer order wrong but we were good with drinking them anyways. We had beat the rush but unbelievably it took them well over an hour to make the food, other patrons had left out of frustration. The waiter explained that they were overwhelmed. They had gotten the sides wrong on one of the burger orders, and took the whole plate back, without discussion. We had to go get the plate and tell them not to worry about it. We went out for chicken wings. First off, they were out of bone in wings. We ordered 4 meals. 2 meals came out real early and the other 2 really late. The meals were boneless wings a hamburger and a sampler. "The sampler" had onion rings, boneless wings, cheese sticks, veggies and fries. The onion rings were ugly, they were tasteless. The fries were the same. The boneless wings were ok. The cheese sticks sucked. The veggies were limp. the burger was late due to other orders coming in That they forgot about the burger and another order of boneless wings.
