It took the waitress over 30 min to an hour to bring our drinks, the longest was an hour. We saw the canelo fight there and one tv kept one turning off and on, we asked to move to the beach and the waitress said it was fine and she never once came to check on us. When we asked her why she never came she said because they dont attend people outside their area (she didnt mention that). I would give 4 stars but the service from the wait staff was pretty bad. They forgot me and my friend's order and later denied that they did. We waited for an hour to get our fish. And then at some point charged us for rum when we ordered tequila. It was weird, usually waiters will just acknowledge the mistake, but our waiter kept arguing with us that we had ordered something we didn't. Pros: Las cubetas de cerveza te las llevan rápido, tienen buena música (ambiente), la comida está decente, algo cara para lo que es, están al lado del mar y al aire libre. Baños limpios.

Contras: El espacio muy reducido, los meseros nos querían vender muy a fuerzas 2 botellas, al negarnos nos negaron también el servicio de coctelería, literalmente pedimos dos cocteles más y nos dijo el mesero que ya no había servicio (eran las 9:40 pm), que mejor compráramos las botellas (no nos trajeron los cocteles), dejaron de ir a nuestra mesa los meseros y una amiga los tuvo qué perseguir para pedir una botella de agua (íbamos 15 personas, sí cubrimos la cuota de $8k por mesa y ni así nos quisieron atender después de un ratito).

Tienen reglas no claras, en el menú dice una cosa y de repente nos decían reglas que parecían inventadas en el momento (como que ya no había servicio de cocteles a mesas, cuando a la mesa de al lado le seguían trayendo), más de 3 veces nos llevaron el coctel y comida equivocados como para que les dijeramos “está bien, déjelos”, después de 2 h en que los meseros se esfumaron de nuestra mesa, pedimos la cuenta y nos forzaban a pagar el 20% de propina diciendo que se lo merecían por su excelente atención (justo así dijeron), al alegar nosotros que no lo merecían nos trajeron al gerente, el cual también alegó para que les diéramos ese porcentaje, después de 30 mins que nos retuvieron ahí, lograron que les dejáramos el 10% (les fue bien), yo no volvería sinceramente.
