On a recent Saturday morning trip to Nogales, Mexico, my wife, 2 children, and I visited El Abisua for breakfast. We were warmly greeted by a wonderful server, I believe her name was Vivian, whose fluency in English was a huge help for my wife. The atmosphere was clean, safe, and inviting, setting a great tone for our meal.
We ordered waffles, huevos dobles, eggs, and coffee. The homemade pancakes, waffles, and syrup were highlights, with great flavor. The coffee was served hot and hit the spot. However, the sausage, which resembled a hot dog, and the ham and bacon were disappointing and didn’t meet our expectations.
