He estado regresando. Parece ser que han prestado atención a quejas de comensales. Hoy en particular el servicio fue excelente. No obstante los platillos me parecieron regulares en sabor. El Sushi Quito que pedí no me fue advertido que picara. De hecho llevaba 4 rueditas sin problema, de sabor regular. La quinta ya no me dejó comer más, estuvo excesivo lo picante. El baño se encontraba visiblemente limpio al igual que las mesas y el piso. El precio no es caro pero no se siente justo con el sabor aunque visualmente si se ven bien (ya choteados) sus platillos. Ya es difícil diferenciarlo de otros.

Fuimos el fin de Semana a disfrutar de un sushi, no tenian menus disponibles me dijo el mesero que solo era digital entonces le pedi porfabor la contraseña del Wi-Fi y proporciono pero la verdad que la señal era muy debil y no se podia bajar el menu, despues de un rato pudimos ver el menu y ordenamos, si se tardaron algo en servirnos casi unos 40 minutos pero ya que nos sirvieron todo estuvo rico, les recomiendo que si van lleven tiempo y paciencia.

VERY rude staff, so unprofessional the amount of food it’s over priced, I got an order and they were asking for the “TIP” even BEFORE bring my food. We asked for that “famous soup” and they told us they were going to charge me for the service. We ask for a manager. She totally refused to give any explanation about the issue or/and POOR service. NEVER...

90 minutes to complete an order, just to receive an excuse there was an issue, no coupons or rain check. We will decide if we go there in the future. Remember your customer needs to be informed and offer something else to avoid...
