Went here with my wife the female server that we had did not smile one time while we we there? She had this straight curl-lipped face it was obvious she was doing it on purpose.. It got so bad that when she served our food I said to my wife "smiling goes along way especially with tips" I said it loud enough so she could hear me and still never a smile... I have been to the Tuscon location multiple times and it is always a friendly atmosphere... Someone needs to tell the manager of this Nogales location to hire people who ACTUALLY APPRECIATE their job and at the very minimum have a smile on your face.. I always tip but the service was so bad I forced myself not to! I would rather tip the cooks for...

This was hands down the best experience we had in Nogales. The food was full of flavor and absolutely delicious, with generous portions. The place was clean, and the service was excellent - the staff were friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be coming back next time we're in Nogales.

Altamente recomendado, las porciones son bastante generosas y la verdad tienen un muy buen sabor. Las bebidas son fenomenales y el servicio de primera. Honestamente tenia mis dudas ya que se que es una empresa basada en los estados unidos y que su mercado es el anglosajón, tenía que no tuviera buen sabor o que el sazón estuviera muy insípido para los paladares mexicanos. Pero la adaptación que le hicieron a los platillos quedo a la perfección y el sabor es muy bueno, la calidad de los productos de primera y las porciones enormes. Ame las bebidas y las micheladas. Los precios son un poco altos pero la verdad si vale la pena lo que pagas por lo que recibes, pura calidad y buen sabor, excelente servicio.
