When I say the absolute, hands down best chilaquiles I have EVER had in my 42 years on this planet, I mean it!! I take reviews for what they are and always pray for the best. I saw this place kept being mentioned for chilaquiles so I gave it a try. I love this place partly because I can walk to it from house. But even if I didn't live so close to it, I'd still drive out to Choya to eat here. You get a real sense of community when you visit. Great food but the service is really really slow. been there 3 times over the past 5 years or so and it's always the same experience. I have to warn people that I take there that it's going to be a long wait to get your food. also the waitresses are non existent after taking your order so of you need anything you'll have to get up and ask the server working at the front counter. compared to American service it's horrible but on par with everywhere else...
