Lusso Cafe — Restaurant in State of Mexico

I've been several times especially on my birthdays the atmosphere is really cozy and relaxing What helps is that the location it's quite close to the downtown which makes it possible for anyone to find it, the coffe and cakes are extremely delicious, particularly the matcha if you order it with milk it's completely creamy and not to mention the cake with wine that is light but at the same time sweet If you don´t want to queue you can make an appoinment as sometimes it´s a bit busy but they serve you really fast, the service is always friendly and they guarantee the level of the food, it's got a fairly priced accessiblity though it´s a bit overpriced but all the dishes are heavys so you are full Absolutely one of the best...

16th of december we've visited this place with a people of 5. The place is very nice and peaceful, we had a lemonade and a dessert. The problems just started after the next night... Two of us ate "Pay cremoso de banana" and had a serious gastritis infection (which are still going after 6 days) rightly afterwords (the others ate lemon cake, they're fine). Today just had the condition to write this review, place is not recommended unless you wants to suffer a lot. They should put more attention to keep ingridients fresh and clean. El día de ayer fui a la sucursal de Lusso Metepec, lamentablemente mi experiencia no fue la mejor, no es la primera vez que voy incluso conozco la sucursal de Toluca desde hace 7años aproximadamente y puedo decir que he probado todos sus postres; el día de ayer quise darles nuevamente una oportunidad, el servicio al asignarme lugar fue muy gentil y amable, eran aproximadamente las 9:00pm después de eso tardaron en tomar mi orden, pedí un capuchino y solo era leche con un poco de café, creo que todos sus postres tienen una excelente presentación sin embargo son demasiado dulces llegando a lo empalagoso, el pan francés y el tronco navideño no fueron la excepción, al pedir la cuenta tuve que esperar 30 minutos para que me la dieran y se la tuve que pedir a 4 personas diferentes en ese lapso, ya al tenerla por fin me percato del cobro por “servicio para llevar $15.00” que por cierto no me indicaron que se cobraría y en si, no me molesta el precio si no la mala atención, la incongruencia entre el precio/calidad incluso me atrevo a decir que es un restaurante un poco clasista pues como te ven te tratan, anteriormente ofrecían un vaso de agua de cortesía y esta vez no fue así, entiendo lo que es un “costo” en un negocio pero$15.00 por una caja de cartón para llevar un mini pedazo de postre se me hace ridículo, espero no tomen a mal mi comentario sino como una oportunidad de mejora y para quienes me lean, yo les diría que no se dejen llevar por lo que ven en redes sociales, hay restaurantes muy sencillos y de excelente...
