Starbucks Toluca Colón — Restaurant in State of Mexico

The place is ok, just like any other franchise place; however the clerk's were just chit chatting and failing to take orders accurately. This lady who took my order had to ask at least 3 times what was I getting, and in the end messed up when delivering bread pieces. I'd understand if they were managing a drive thru or if the place was crowded, but this was not the case... Customer service here...

I really like the espresso americano, the Matcha latte and love their cold brew and the Flat white . I use to dislike Starbucks, but tried it again 4 years ago, and was a nice surprise to see and taste the quality of their coffee, great to see they use Mexican coffee (from Chiapas).
