Texas Ribs — Restaurant in State of Mexico

Stopped by Texas Ribs near Dallas Love Field and honestly, it was one of the best BBQ meals I’ve had in a while. We tried the brisket, ribs, and sausage — and all three were excellent. The brisket was on the fattier side (as expected from a proper Texas cut), super tender and full of flavor. The sausage had that perfect snap and just enough spice. The ribs? Fall-off-the-bone, smoky, and well-glazed without being overly sweet.

The sides were great too — we had mashed potatoes and baked beans, both served hot and seasoned well. Everything felt fresh and made with care.

Service was friendly and fast, even though the place was busy. Staff made solid recommendations and checked in just the right amount. The atmosphere is relaxed and clean, and we appreciated how well-kept everything was — including the restrooms.

If you’re flying in or out of Love Field, this place is absolutely worth a stop. Authentic BBQ, generous portions, fair prices, and a laid-back Texas vibe. Will definitely come back next time...

En mi primer visita comida bien servicio excelente y buen ambiente; lamentablemente mi segunda visita el sábado pasado ya no fue lo que esperaba el servicio fue prácticamente me corrieron con mi acompañante al terminar de comer apenas veían que estaba por terminar mi platillo y ya me estaban retirando el platillo, aclarando que todavía había alimentos en. El plato así se la paso el mesero durante toda mi comida fue muy incómodo mi compañía al ver la actitud me comenta que prácticamente nos estaban corriendo; dirijo la mirada a la entrada y no había lista de espera y no hacemos sobremesa; pensé que había gente pero acababan de abrir creo que fue por la vestimenta o algo paso pensaría el mesero que no dejaría propina o el consumo no fue lo esperado para su propina mi cuenta fue de 850 pesos deje el 10 porciento fue muy decepcionante la actitud de los meseros la verdad atienden por tu forma de vestir y consumir que decepcionante; y en cuanto a la comida muy rica pero esta vez sentí que sirvieron menos y no pusieron todo como la primera vez, al parecer si son muy clasistas pensaré dos veces...

I know that this place needs to follow the brand menu in general, but I would rather having spicy food offering included but in a Mexican style...the concept of spicy food in USA is far far away from the Mexican one. The layout of the place is good and the service is...
